Non Acceptable Behaviour

Your account shall be terminated immediately and we may report you to the relevant authority if your behaviour on our website consists of any of the following:

• Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of England and Wales, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to underage sex, rape or any non consensual acts, drugs (including the misuse of prescribed medicines or the mention of Viagra) or any kind of illegal activity.
• Any comments which are hateful, or racist
• Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards fellow members, Ops/Mods or Administration staff
• Excessive profanity will not be tolerated
• The posting of a telephone number or email address anywhere within the forum, chat room, member profile or photo ads.
• Any commercial ads ie Escorts or any ‘pay for sex’ type services for example 0909 numbers, or pay-for ‘gangbang’ parties.
• Attempts to sell a service or product of any kind.
• Any posts on the site in any area, such as the forum, chatroom or photo ads that are posted in order to exchange pictures, videos or offer photography services or similar.
• The posting of pictures on any part of the Swing-Society site that you do not own, or posting pictures that are fake, a joke or don't actually contain any part of you in them, or worse, that include a third party without their consent.
• Photos will be deleted if they contain any of the following:
• Anyone who looks under the age of 18.
• Anyone with children shown in photographs.
• Postage stamp size pictures.
• Pictures with email addresses or other contact details on.
• Pictures that are not on topic, eg popstars, cartoons etc.
• Anything that seems to be too obscene for this site. In addition photographs uploaded for photo ads will be deleted if they show people & animals.
• Spamming – this means posting a link to a site that is for commercial purposes and not a genuine swinger’s resource. We DO NOT solicit links from anyone being posted unless it is in the spirit of sharing a genuinely useful or interesting site to others.
• No one under the age is 18 is allowed to appear on cam, if there are children present then turn OFF your cam
• No selling of your account to a third party
• No videos are to be played in the chatroom, as this may break copyright laws, or if there is a third party involved they may have not given their permission to be viewed

Rules of the Site

• Please use user names other than real life names whilst posting in the site, people are entitled to their privacy
• All members have to be over the age of consent to join this site (18+), even if you appear to under that age you may be removed from the site.
• No person is allowed to pass themselves off as a different gender unless it is the case of a post operative gender realignment or part of the pre-operative legal requirements (in which case documentary evidence may be required).
• Your account is for your use and your use only, no third party is allowed to activate or use your account without previous consent from the Admin team.
• There is to be no discussion of the locations/times of dogging meets on the open forum or chatrooms. Please use Private Messages.
• No banned members are allowed to be invited to any kind of social event that has been advertised on this site or promoted to the site members.
• No profile shall be placed that seeks promotes or encourages any of the above.

Upholding The Rules

• Failure to comply with the AUP can lead to a friendly warning or a permanent ban from the site without notice depending on the severity of the offence.
• Please ensure that you have read and understand these rules.
• If you are unsure about any of the AUP or rules relating to the use of this site, then please contact a member of the Swing-Society Team.

About The Swing-Society Team

• A Mod is short for Moderator; these volunteers have been recruited to help moderate this site by proving that they can act impartially and act responsibly towards others whilst upholding the AUP.
• An Op is short for "Chat room Operator" these volunteers help to ensure that the chat rooms are a safe and fun place to use. They have been selected for there abilities and experience in this area.
• Admin are the site owners who liaise with the Mods and Ops and help run the site on a day to day basis.

We Care For You

• You may expect that the Operators, Moderators and Admin will act in the best interest of Swing-Society by enforcing the above rules, you can expect not to be harassed by any member, Op, Mod or Admin, if you feel that you have grounds for a complaint then you may contact Admin with the date time with the details of what has occurred by using the "Help section" of this site.

Notes

• Swing-Society have the right to change the AUP at anytime without prior notice to its members, Ops or Mods
• Swing-Society have the right to withdraw membership without notice or explanation
